She is Board Certified in Therapeutic Radiology since 1980, giving her more than 30 years of experience. She is highly respected for her vast knowledge in the field of radiation therapy.She founded the Innovative Cancer Institute in Miami Florida and the Brachytherapy Institute of South Florida where she specializes in treating breast cancer , lung cancer, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, skin cancer, as well as brain tumors. She uses the most advanced radiation therapies including Brachytherapy, radiosurgery using Gamma Knife and CyberKnife, IGRT, IMRT, Varian RapidArc, and Varian Edge.
