Great customer service. I had done business with Tenpenny when they had a store in Livonia. They honor their warranty without any problems. I now purchase items in their South Lyon store and would recommend this store to anyone. They have beat all the so called "deals" at larger retailers. Their service is outstanding and give that a 10.

Recently moved into town and tried to do business locally. We believe in supporting the local stores. Made a purchase with the understanding that my furniture would be delivered. When the order came in we were told there was a $49 delivery charge. We said to cancel the order then. The owner stated he would be happy to cancel the order. We were floored that he would rather loose the sale, rather than stand by what we were told when we made the purchase regarding the delivery. WOW! We will never step foot in Tenpenny Furniture again! Sadly, we will be visiting one of the chain stores to make the same purchase all over again.
