General Info

Our Winter Hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, weekends by chance or appointment), and are in effect until spring. We have approximately 35 buildings on location at our factory, or you can design one with one with one of our design specialists. We have been featured on DIY Network, Tiny House Nation, Better Homes & Gardens, and National Geographic Building Wild, among many others. We have a Better Business rating of A+, and have been building since 1995. Our new factory location is producing fully assembled buildings (FA), pre-cut kits (PCK), ready-to-assemble (RA) home decor, and ships our products nationwide and to eastern Canada. We have an in house staff of design specialists (at the factory daily), technical support, staff, carpenters, and our shipping staff. Domenic Mangano, the owner and founder of Jamaica Cottage shop is often at the factory as well, unless he is checking in on an on-site building project nearby.
