Daily Mandatory Charge includes: $4.00 per night for South Lake Tahoe Tourism Improvement District Fee and $.50 per night for California Assessment Fee. Just off the main road, our hotel is less than a mile from the beach, Heavenly Village, and Heavenly Gondola Run. We’re about five minutes from hiking trails and 20 minutes from ski slopes. We offer ski and bike storage with lockers at our hotel, plus a lobby bar, heated indoor pool, heated patio, hot tub, and fire pit.
