The Barton Skilled Nursing Facility is a 48-bed Long-Term Care Facility caring for aging adults in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Operating since 1997, the Barton Skilled Nursing Facility prides itself on taking excellent care of its residents by our professional and compassionate staff. Our hospital-based Skilled Nursing Facility accommodates 48 residents with home-like amenities integrated into a clinical setting. Our purpose is to meet the health care needs of our residents in a safe and secure environment while encouraging our residents to feel a part of our Barton community. The Skilled Nursing Facility provides long-term care to residents who do not need acute care, but cannot be cared for at home.
