In response to their needs, Coster has developed a distributed manufacturing organization.Coster Group addresses all segments of the aerosol and dispenser market with a complete range of packaging components and filling machinery and has expanded its manufacturing organization from its original base in the Trentino Region of Northern Italy to Europe, Asia, North America and South America.Manufacturing plants are characterized by a vertical organization designed to handle the entire production cycle, from injection moulding to final assembly, with facilities specializing in single product lines.From the storage silos for plastic injection moulding materials ( top left ), plastic materials are fed to the dosage and mixing units ( top right ), and then to the fully-automated plant's moulding department ( left ). Cabling and material supply pipelines are located beneath the factory floor.
