I have not had my kittens into the clinic yet but I had phone contact with the clinic. The staff was wonderful. Sherri? spent a half hour on the phone with me answering questions I had about some barn kittens I had. She never ask if I was a client of theirs or acted put out about answering these questions an hour before closing time. She was very knowledgeable and very understanding about my predicament. I will be taking the kittens into the Cleveland clinic and then I will write another review. So far, very happy.

I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Cleveland for over 10 years now. She is not only accurate in her findings but also very humane and really cares about all animals. My pets and family really are proud to refer anyone to Dr. Clevelands facility. The staff also is top notch, and there facility is spotless all the time. They really take pride in there profession.
