The founder of East West Source, Alex Toh, has over 13 years of combined experience in computer hardware and software applications. Mr. Toh brings extensive knowledge of IT industry in North American market place, and also very well connected with the Far-East manufacturers, giving East West Source an invaluable "connection" and a unique position in the American market place. "We strive to insure that our clientele is ready in every phase of the market and business on-demand." East West Source emerged as an outsourcing service provider to fill the void in the information technology industry's OEM and ODM supply chain management. Our main focus in the market place is Server solutions such as Rackmount Servers, Server Appliances, and Blade Servers. We are also focusing on Networking solutions (PC Router, Load Balancing, QoS, Security, VPN), Storage solutions - JBOD, NAS and SAN - (IDE, SATA, SCSI, iSCSI, Fiber), and Wireless solutions (802.11, IP Telephony, Hot-Spot, Outdoor WAN solution). We mainly distribute our products through regional VARs and SI. Besides OEM distribution, our consulting services for OEM and ODM buyer clientele include identification of potential and existing problems, and provision with solutions. We provide solutions in direct sourcing, product integration, worldwide distribution channel logistic, and vendor relationship management. For our Far-East manufacturers (vendor) clientele, we also provide extensive product and market intelligence and know-how to build the channel in the American market. We are working closely with both buyer and vendor to establish long term relationships, but we are also able to provide flexibility with our clients' unique needs on project per project basis.
