Alternative Education offers a variety of programs for students who, for many reasons, are not being successful in or are unable to attend the regular high school. It has been designed to provide a student with a small school environment to continue his/her education while working to develop the skills, habits, and attitudes that will allow him/her to be successful in pursuing life goals. It is the belief of the Dos Palos Oro Loma Joint Unified School District that all students who wish to pursue an education have the right to do so provided they are willing to attend regularly and are willing to display acceptable behavior in the educational setting.
