I used the "tracking" option and saw that my package was "out for delivery" last Friday, but it wasn't delivered to me in Whately: Instead, it went to 2 towns in Connecticut, then arrived back in South Deerfield Saturday morning. Today (Monday) it's "out for delivery" again, but there's no way to phone them and make sure they're not diverting it to Connecticut again.

This is the worst facility I have ever dealt with. We watched the truck stop at the end of our driveway, then leave. No package left anywhere. Driver registered via Internet that package was "delivered". Cannot get any satisfaction from site. Just the equivalent of a shoulder "shrug". Will complain to Better Business Bureau as well.

Drivers can't read. Delivered my boxes to someplace other than my house 3 different times!
