I had used Kelsey's Auto Body for years, but my last experience was just that -- the last. We had them retrofit our car to r134a, which turned out to be a nightmare that this firm would never own up to. It took 2 more visits to get the A/C working properly. Both visits cost me hundreds of dollars. After 3 weeks of working A/C (i.e. he didn't hear from me with a problem), Tom Kelsey felt guilty and called me to offer a refund of my expenses for the last recharge because of their faulty fitting. I never received a refund nor an apology for their shoddy service and poor treatment each time I returned with a problem. I will NEVER return to this establishment nor recommend it to anyone else looking for a repair shop.
