By being friendly, always available and willing to listen, Im able to find the perfect loan for my customers, get them pre-approved and help them get excited about becoming homeowners.Once the process starts, I define success as proactively communicating, eliminating fear and closing on time. All of that comes as a result of having an action plan, following up, building trust and treating others the way Id like to be treated as a friend.
