Rehabilitation and training should not be separate entities but rather intertwined within an universal program. SBPT strives to integrate rehabilitation and injury reduction goals within an individuals established training plan and daily routine. SBPTs approach combines manual and exercise based interventions along with active correction and education regarding an individuals present movement patterns in order correct postural abnormalities and faulty mechanics for enhanced performance, reduction of injury risk, and to stay in action.
