Catherine Falduto is a cardiac nurse practitioner at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She specializes in the inpatient/outpatient care of patients with acute coronary syndrome, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, and those recovering from Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) and Trans-catheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR). Catherine strives to provide safe and high quality of care to her patients. Her philosophy is to offer holistic, patient-centered care by forming a partnership with her patients to help them reach their health goals and maximize their quality of life.
