My ExperienceI have handled over two thousand litigation cases. I have extensive court room experience that includes more than thirty jury trials. My representation of clients has included a wide variety of criminal cases, ranging from simple assault to first degree murder and an equally wide variety of civil litigation cases including; personal injury, land use, contract disputes, evictions and collections. In my practice I have represented business clients in connection with all aspects of business acquisition, expansion and operations. I have formed many corporations, partnerships and limited liability companiesI was appointment as acting Judge in 1992 and I have two published opinions in the Vermont Supreme Court: State v. Samuel Hudson, 163 Vt. 316, and State v. Brooks, 177 Vt. 161.
