My windows were installed incorrectly. The screens fly off the tracks and land in my lawn when I open them. The windows can be opened from the outside and pushed in with the safety tabs still engaged. Robert, the salesman has awful customer service, once the money is in his hands. The installer also left my yard a mess. Insulation, nails, wood and entire portions of my old windows were left behind. None of the windows are level, daylight can be seen coming in the sides of the windows when closed. I have waited months to hear back from them as to when they will be reinstalling these windows. It has been a complete nightmare. I do not recommend CJ Home Improvements to anyone ever. There are better deals and more helpful and honest people somewhere else.

I fell for CJ's promise of best tripple pane windows and the best follow up customer service in the industry hook line and sinker! CJs appeared very customer service oriented until they got my $$ totaling nearly 20,000 dollars. For that kind of money you would think they would bother to come out and fix the window that arrived broken and the replacement was supposedly ordered before the cracked one was installed. NOPE! My windows were installed the week of February 13-17, 2012. Here it is July 27, 2012 and that window has not been replaced yet! It is on the front of the house and people keep asking when is CJS's coming out to fix your window? How much did you pay for it? " $1000 per window." Looks like they hosed you! Five of the windows don't close and lock right because they move with the humidity and weather. CJs promised to come right out and fix that. I am Still waiting.
