I have been tanning at Tiki Tan for several years. I have always had a good experience up until today. I used their app for the first time to hold a place in line for me. According to the app, there was zero people waiting for any of their beds. I reserved my bed while in the parking lot in front of their building. I walked in only to be told that there was a minimum of a 30 minute wait as there were people in front of me that had also reserved their space on the app. There were only 2 customers inside at this time. Mind you, the app said there were zero people waiting for any of the beds. I questioned the accuracy of the reservation system and was told I could upgrade for a fee instead. I left without tanning and re-checked the app. The app still indicated that there was no wait. So, either the app is flawed or I was deliberately bumped out of line.

I have been tanning @ Tiki for a few months now & I am extremely satisfied. Clean beds, good member discounts, great products & very friendly ladies. I thought I had lost my wedding ring there & the owner was very sympathetic and had each room cleaned & checked while beds bulbs were being replaced!

The owners dont seem very nice... And they r tryin to sell everything!!! Should change all the lights in the beds first !!! Crunk

Tiki Tan employees are very helpful and patient. Every once in a while I will come in and one of the girls will be too busy texting or playing on their phones which is extremely annoying. Other than that my experiences with them have been great.

Same thing for me as the last poster. But the owners were kind enough to accommodate me to use their level 3 bed for free until the bed gets replaced. What I understand, is that the bed is being replaced because of malfunctions. I considered going to a competitor, but the bed I get to use has 3 facials. And it is Free, I like that.

I have been using Tiki Tan for almost a year and everything has been pretty much satisfactory until now. I have waited for tanning and have also left because the bed that I use isnt working for one reason or another. I bought a package to use and I'm unable to use the bed that I am paying for. I believe that if this keeps happening I'll have no other choice but to use a competitor.
