I've had very good luck with Rick's Towing service. They come in a good amount of time, handle my car well, and are nice people to deal with. I recommend them.
I've had several different issues with both of my vehicles as well as needing towing services. Rick's 66 has always been easy to contact and always very curtious and helpful. Very affordable in comparison to many others.
One of my tires on my Mercedes kept losing air. I
went to a different garage twice.Both times they said they took care of it. (They didn't) I took it to Ricks 66.They didn't make me wait and fixed the problem right away!!
My car died a few weeks ago on a freezing cold day. I called Rick's Auten Road 66 and the were able to get to me and tow me in less than 20 minutes. The driver was professional and friendly. I definitely recommend Rick's!
I'm new to the area and had absolutely no idea where I was going to take my VW Golf for repairs. I found Rick's on this site and read all the reviews before I decided to take it there.
I was not disappointed! Everyone there was so nice. The mechanic, Bill, kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. They even sent a driver to pick me up and bring me to their shop when the car was finished because I had no other way to get there.
I thought the service was a bit pricey but ya gotta pay for good service these days. I'm just glad to have my car back so that's pretty minor when I think of it now.
I will definitely return in the future.
We had Rick's do a fender replacement and they were great. The bumper had to be matched in color and they did it until it matched perfectly - without ME directing it all. Replaced brakes, great work. The best part is that they are wonderful to work with, very easy and nice.
We had to get our car towed after a fender bumper. The tow came in less than 20 min. and we had an estimate for full repairs the same day. Rick's 66 is always helpful and does a great job.
I find the staff there to be very helpful and very friendly. We have had many repairs and maintenance taken care of at Ricks, and have been more than satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the mechanics.
My car was dead and I was late getting home to my daughter after a long business trip. I called AAA and they mentioned three vendors. I am so glad I chose Rick's 66. They showed up in less than 20 minutes, started my car, then left me with a smile. Their driver was great!
I've recommended several friends to their shop for tranmission work, oli changes, etc. and everyone has come back with great reviews. They embody what a small business should be like, especially in these days of money being tight.
Ricks is not somewhere I would want to take my car again. I tried them out 1 time and came out with a car that still has the same problem it went in there with. I would not recommend for car repair !! $750.00 later !!

I had a flat tire while exiting the bypass late on Monday night last summer. Ricks gave me an hour to show up and two hours later I am still in the gas station parking lot. After I called my AAA service back they sent out Tony's and not even a half an hour later I was back on the road after a wonderful young man fixed the tire in nothing flat. I decided to call ricks to find out why there was such a discrepancy in their service and i was on hold for 10 min. only to be handed a half backed reason for my wait! I will never use their service again.
