Worst customer service ever. I was told on Tuesday before Labor Day they would be out to service my water heater at the end of the week. After receiving no phone calls and I called back on Thursday and was told they couldn't get to me on Thursday but would call after noon to confirm a time for Friday. I did not receive a call on Thursday or Friday and no service. On Tuesday after Labor day I called again, I received no apology for not receiving a call. I was told they were busy. They said they would get to me when they could, no indication of whether that would be one day or one month. My advice is to call another company, I did.
