I can't even give 1/2 star to this disreputable company due to its extreme lack of professionalism and customer respect. My daughter purchased a car there on 8/5/12 from 'Ziggy. She had to ask for a bill of sale and one was rendered with the wrong milage and no date. She was told to purchase an extended warrenty for which she did and paid $200 in cash (her mistake there) and again, had to ask for a copy of the 3 month warrenty. She received a copy on 8-18-12. She contacted the warrenty company several times after that (C.A.R.S) and they had no record of the transaction. Upon confronting the salesman, he was very bulligerant, rude, and downright nasty when we asked for proof of the warrenty purchase. It is interesting to note that our warrently was suddenly approved late yesterday ending Dec. 10th, 2012. I would definitely NOT recommend this shady car dealership nor the 'alleged" scam artist saleman. BUYERS BEWARE!
