I have been a fan of Chase for four years now. I am always greeted by name, even tho my transactions are mostly threw drive- thru, which makes me feel very welcomed. If and when I've ever had a problem it is always handled with kindness and promptness, which I am very grateful for. Thank you Chase for being efficient and having caring attitudes.

I am currently on unemployment, since being laid off ,I have developed a back problem that has greatly reduced my mobility. I have to depend on others to run my errands, (at . a cost). I don't want others to have my ATM password so I felt writing a check was my best option. Today I found out there is a charge for checks written on my account ($6.00) and cashed at my bank branch, if the person cashing the does not have a Chase account. This ONE transaction cost me $26.00 for transportation, service and bank fees. Please suggest a better option for me if possible.
