Established in 1984, Winnebago Foundry provides gray and ductile iron castings of over 3,000 lbs to serve the short-to-medium run casting markets. Based in South Beloit, Ill., the company produces ductile iron for a variety of internal specifications of major manufacturers, including Caterpillar, John Deere and CHN, to name a few. Winnebago Foundry specializes in rapid turnaround on prototype castings, one-off castings for repair parts, as well as silicon molybdenum alloyed ductile irons, such as Cat 1E1299 and Hi-Sil Moly ductile iron. The firm manufactures gray iron to serve the heavy machinery, gray iron valves and transportation industries.
