I had Ed and Mike out, the found my problem and now I am having my pipes jetted. Much cheaper then digging so I highly recommend them.

They are doing before and after camera inspection. They are hard workers, I had a mess but there fixing it up in budget.

Manny is the man! He came in on time. He installed our new Food Waste Disposal and explained everything what he was doing. I even got a free plumbing check-up after the service was done! Thank you very much!

They came immediately and treated it like the emergency it was. Within hours they had called JULIE to have them come to identify all underground cable lines. They worked the whole day. We have a well and a pressure tank, which certainly complicated things. Special thanks to Mike, Dan, and Nick who were GREAT!

I phoned Mr. Rooter about a slow kitchen drain. They made the appointment for the next day - and it was a good thing, because my dishwasher had standing water, it would not pump out, and it looked like things were at a standstill for me.



James and Mike H. got there on time, they took a look into the situation, and noted that I had an blockage that was preventing flow from the house all the way through the main sewer line. It was actually kind of cool to see how they determined that. They used a video camera inspection, and they showed me what they were seeing along the way.



After troubleshooting the least invasive option, they hydrojetted my kitchen pipes out through the main line to the street; and, the released the blockage that had built up over the years of natural buildup in this older house. I haven't had an issue since.



The office phoned later that day to make sure that the issue was resolved and to ask me about my experience. Mike H. himself called a week later, just to be sure that things were still working properly and to my satisfaction.



I haven't had plumbing problems before that had prompted me to call anyone; however, if I do - I know that I would call Mike H and James again in a heartbeat!
