Never again. Patronized this place since they opened despite the high prices, mediocre food and poor service simply for the convenience. Delivery tonight, $38 bill, gave the kid $46. Food is cold, and they sent the wrong sandwich. Nothing new, they often get the order wrong. What was new was that 10 minutes later the kid is back with one of the cooks, literally banging on my door demanding another $10 and claiming we didn't pay the full bill. This is how they treat their regular customers? Go to ANY other local pizza place, the food and service will absolutely be better.

Roach in food! -- Well, we've got pictures of the roach poking out of the sub we ordered. We wrapped it back up and went over there. The owner shrugged his shoulders asking us what we wanted HIM TO DO. Give us our money back maybe?!? We were really cool about it, all things considered. After he gives us our money back, he turns around and says "it came from your house, not here" while we're on our way out the door. That was it! I told his customers what happened! We've contacted the board of health. We went to the local gas station across the street on our way out (because we knew they had to grab a quick lunch from this disgusting place) to let them know what's going on. We showed them the pictures and one guy almost...lost his lunch on the spot. If a roach was in a sandwich coming out of there that slipped right by these guys, who knows what might slip right by them next. The owner showed no plans to look into it. No apologies, no concern...
