AT-HOME Quality Care places experienced caregivers who have been trained to provide the best care and support possible. They are dependable, compassionate people who have been thoroughly screened and carefully selected. AT-HOME Quality Care caregivers are Nurses, Certified Nurse Aides, Personal Care Attendants, Companions and Assistants trained to provide all the services needed to meet your daily needs. All caregivers are criminal background checked, motor vehicle checked, health screened and referenced. AT-HOME Quality Care handles all payroll taxes, federal/state reports and workers compensation coverage. All caregivers receive extensive training including: conduct and communication, client safety, infection control, nutrition and meal preparation, emergency preparedness, fall prevention, confidentiality, independent living, universal precautions, documentation, abuse and difficult behaviors. Caregivers are also provided disease training specific to the client's needs including; Alzheimer's, Arthritis, Cardiac disorders, Cancer, Congestive Heart Failure, CVA, Dementia, Diabetes, Digestive disorders, Depression, Hypertension, MS, Mental Health, Parkinson's, Pulmonary disease and many more. AT-HOME Quality Care's assisted living services were developed around the three primary concepts listed below. This program is a results-oriented plan designed to provide guidance and support when responding to medical interventions by your physician or therapist. These concepts are necessary for seniors to remain independent and self-sufficient in their own home. We provide these services by evaluating the "whole person" including chronic health conditions, activities of daily living and restoring clients to the highest level of personal functionality.
