      Sonora Regional Medical Center's Pharmacy Services provides a wide variety of pharmacological functions within the Medical Center and at its two outpatient retail facilities in Sonora. In addition to dispensing medicine and consulting with medical staff and patients, we use sophisticated, computerized pharmacy information systems to ensure the highest levels of patient safety and to keep accurate medical profiles. Whether you are receiving inpatient medicines on a medical-surgical ward, outpatient treatment at our Cancer Center or other clinics, or simply picking up a prescription at one of our retail pharmacies, you can be assured that our 60+ Pharmacy employees will strive to provide you with the highest level of service.

      Outpatient Pharmacy: Sonora Regional Medical Center has two Community Pharmacies (outpatient retail pharmacies) in Sonora to serve you, one in the Medical Center on Greenley Road and one near our rural health clinic on Forest Road. Our Community Pharmacies offer competitive prices, consultations with pharmacists and caring customer service. We also make refilling your prescriptions convenient, with both an automated phone and online refill service. We accept most prescription insurance plans. Community Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. To refill your prescription or for more information, call: Community Pharmacy Greenley Road 209-536-3700 Community Pharmacy Forest Road 209-536-3800 Inpatient Pharmacy: Our Inpatient Pharmacy dispenses medications and manages pharmaceutical care for every clinical area in the Medical Center, from the Emergency Department to our Cancer Center and long-term care units. Our clinical pharmacists provide drug dosing and monitoring to assist the medical staff in management of each patient's drug therapy. In the process, we work closely with medical staff to ensure the highest standards of treatment and patient safety. Inpatient Pharmacy is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
