      GREAT!!! I had a broken tooth and Dr. Mikkelsen came in on the day after Thanksgiving on his day off and repaired my tooth. Thank you!

      have horrible customer relations, very rude. several times have had to wait at least an hour to get in from set appointment time. would not recommend
