I switched to Bob's Greenley Pharmacy a year ago and could not be happier! The staff is very friendly and my prescriptions are always ready in less than an hour of calling them in. If I drop a prescription off and decide to wait to have it filled, staff is on it immediately and the wait has never exceeded 10 minutes, if that. There are not the long exhausting lines one has to endure at "big box" pharmacies. I love these folks and appreciate their T.L.C., their knowledge and how organized they are. Five stars and then some!

I've had a very hard time with...

I've had a very hard time with this pharmacy. The pharmacy tech's are rude and unhelpful - making snide remarks or not even acknowledging I'm there. One time I waited minutes for them to end their conversation and help me.

Also, my doctor's office has called in prescriptions before and the pharmacy has said they haven't. One time a tech even said "Really? Of course they'd say they called it in." WHEN I WAS RIGHT THERE WHEN THE DOCTOR CALLED IT IN. This has happened a couple times.

On another occasion the pharmacy said I'd picked up my prescription when I had not. They said I'd paid for it (by the way it's a med I've NEVER paid for because my insurance covers it) so my doctor had to put me on a similar med because I couldn't get the one I normally do. Well, a month later it miraculously appears with my other prescriptions. They just misplaced it.

I try to support smaller businesses but these guys are such a hassle I refuse to go there anymore. They don't treat you right. I'd recommend Bertelli's (across town) or even Walmart.

Poor Customer Service

I am all for buying local but when it comes to this pharmacy i think i'm ready to give in. The girls behind the desk are very unpleaent and snoody. It seems like an inconvience to step away from their cell phones and help customers. Three times i've called in a perscription and they havn't filled it and it will be days later. However, they do have cute little trinkiets but the overall satisfaction of Bob's is a very poor one.
