Founded in 1945, St. Francis Solano School provides a flexible academic program with emphasis on the development of basic learning and thinking skills. It has an annual enrollment of more than 280 students. The school offers classes in kindergarten through grade eight. St. Francis Solano School s academic curriculum includes classes in art, information technology, geography, handwriting, language arts, mathematics, music and physical education. The school also offers education in science, social studies, spelling, reading, religion and study skills. It additionally offers classes in Spanish language. St. Francis Solano School maintains a library that provides books, magazines, reference materials, and online search engines and databases. The school is accredited by the Western Catholic Elementary Association (WCEA) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). It offers sports activities that include basketball, volleyball and golf. St. Francis Solano School is located in
