carl at bridgewater volvo was very helpful in me deciding to do my tuneup after much delay in deciding whether it should be done now then later and was very informative on whether i should or not continue the warrenty on the 2006 vehicle. The costs are very high and in the past with other types of vehicles i have had no problems by just doing routine oil changes and maintenance. time will tell if volvo can live up to the same standards without costs of repair.

Unlike other dealerships who will scare you into doing unneeded or early repairs to boost the service dept. dollars, Carl keep you apprised of what services you'll need going forward and prepares you so you know what to expect with each service going forward.
