Here at Ralph Malin Realty we pride ourselves on our outstanding working relationship with college, post graduate students and young professionals. We've historically rented to college and university students such as those attending: Harvard, Tufts, Lesley, and MIT, just to name a few. We've been renting to students since 1974 and we believe this to be an asset in dealing with the specific needs of our customers. We have a wide variety of apartments available for June or September occupancy. All Apartments are conveniently located in Somerville and Cambridge. Most apartments are within walking distance to public transportation, (ie redline,) and University Campuses. We own all of our buildings therefore, WE DO NOT CHARGE A FEE.
