The "professionals" here don't know what they are doing. The main reason I will never go again was the pain I was in for a simple cleaning. My gums have never bleed during a cleaning with my old dentist in the 21 years I was with them. I've also never had to take Tylenol for days after to eat either. I was also very insulted when I told the dentist that my gums had never bleed before she said "Well, you must have a gum bleeding problem now, you should brush more often". The dentist took X-rays because I was a new patient. She told me that I had a cavity when she looked at my X-ray. I think I would know if I had a filling ever. I called my old dentist and checked and they told me I had never had a filling. This woman would not admit that she was wrong. Even the fact that I was in constant pain for a half an hour and lingering pain for a week was my doing. In the future I intend to drive 4 hours to my old dentist rather than visit this establishment.
