Incredibly rude staff, they put the wrong address on their receipt so I consequently went to that address in Rochester and because I was late, I saw the dentist for an exam lasting 2 seconds but still had to pay the prepaid price. Very unprofessional staff and incredibly high prices.

I've never been so pleased with the services at this establishment! The dentist was nice approachable and the work she did was fantastic! Im very pleased and recommend Goodwin to all my friends and family!!

My wife and I have been going to Avis Goodwin for our pregnancy. They do not take any of your concerns seriously, making you feel like an idiot. we were 5 minutes late for a morning appt and would not see us even though there was no other patients scheduled for at least 1 hour. The scheduling nurse is very rude and they don't let you have any say whatsoever about what kinds of treatment you will receive. The only good thing about this company is that you deliver in Wentworth Douglas Hospital. We were 7 days past our due date and requested to have our induction scheduled soon as we did not want to wait the full 42 weeks. the receptionist was extremely rude and told my wife that if we do not come to our appt on Wednesday that they will not induce her. She's just a RECEPTIONIST! We had multiple concerns throughout the pregnancy and they all made us feel like idiots. I do not reccomend to anyone in any situation. The receptionist needs to be fired. These are pregnant women. AWEFUL SERVICE!
