I was given the name of Magic Mist from local HAVC dealer . I needed heating air ducts cleaned, Mark and Alex came out gave me an estimate and returned on Monday, Mark had to climb into the area over the garage to check out system ( difficult to say the least) and Thank God he did, Several trunk lines were not connected and main air handler was only partially sealed. Had been blowing the blown in insulation through out the house. I had been sick for over 3 months and no one was able to help until now, I am so grateful for having been referred to them ,, I CAN NOW BREATH ---I have COPD so this was very important to me. THANK YOU Mark and Alex. God Bless you both.

We have had them come three times to our house to clean the same two rooms. The first time it cost me $91 the second $120 then third and FINAL time it was $170! How does the same rooms jump that much in a 1.5 yr span?

The first sign to NOT go with this company should have been the lack of a professional looking web-page that also lacked a direct pricing guide. The second should have been the attitude portrayed by the owner on the poorly made web-page. He claims other carpet cleaners do a bait and switch, I have had other carpet cleaners provide a service and NONE have pulled that in the Johnstown area. The same goes with several friends and family members that I spoke too. So do not believe his lies that he portrays on his webpage. When I called I was quoted a price over the phone of $110 dollars that I made the person REPEAT and then wrote down and emailed to my husband to verify that was the price we were willing to pay for services. This was on my THIRD attempt to contact them for an estimate. The first was via email, the second was on the phone where they said the person performing service had to give a quote.
