I left this establishment puzzled!! Greeted properly and seated. Then seemed to be forgot about until the waiter asked if we were taken care of. So it started... only three tables seated the entire time we were there. Took our order, waited 15mins before asking for our salads and our children’s apple sauce. Our salads were floating in water! Our waiter returned and claimed that their system kicked our order out and it would be several minutes until it was done. Finally our order arrived and we were asked if we wanted fries! Really?? We ordered baked potatoes! I asked if he had written our order down and stated he did and was extremely busy, with three tables? Baked potatoes were delivered to our tables and wasn’t even the baked I had ordered. Not to mention the texture was like paste. The crab cakes were almost as wet as our salads, my wife was even hesitant to eat them. I can understand being busy and making a mistake. But when there’s issues with everything that transpired with our order from start to finish and not even offering a resolution, poor management. You can count on me not to visit again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I won’t even select 1 Star! I guess I have to to submit.

Mr. Andy Sullivan is the new owner of Sullivans Restaurant & Lounge. In the bar, he was screaming profanities on the phone to a vendor. Then he proceeded to tell the bartender the nerve of the person trying to tell him what to do. A bit later, he went in and started screaming at his staff. He could be heard in the dining room saying "He was the boss and he would do what he wanted." Then he proceeded to yell to someone about scrapping a customers plate in the garbage saying the loaf of bread could be used for croutons! The food was old and stale. The prime rib is made on Thursdays, and then warmed up Fri, Sat, and Sunday. No wonder when we got there on Sunday it was no good. With ownership like that, and serving unsafe food, we will never go back. I do not recommend this to anyone.

The one star above is as low as it allows, no stars should be giving. Awful food, charged for food we did not order. In correct change was giving as well. We thought we would give it a try, since it changed hands what a mistake. Should of known when the guy a couple of tables away refused to pay for his uneaten food. The place is as filthy as the old LMI, the health Dept will shut them down.

Will never go back. Don't waste your evening trying to get a meal at this place. We went to Sullivan's Bar and Restaurant on Friday, June 15 around 530. Place was not busy, half the tables were empty. Sat on back deck. Ordered appetizers and ice tea. It took a while to get our appetizers. The waitress said the "cook was new, very good but still learning the kitchen". An hour after being seated we still did not have our entrees. Staff was very nice and obviously frustrated with the kitchen. Paid for our appetizers and left. Two couples and a group of four young ladies that were also seated on the deck followed our lead, paid for their drinks and left without ever getting their meals. The entire time the owner stood at the outside bar with his buddies drinking, instead of taking care of his business. Probably won't be open long.

Over priced with poor food quality,Horrible service.and poor cleanliness.Apears that the name has changed along with everything else. My last visit.

Not even worth one . This place is AWFUL! They absolutely ruined the landmark Laurel Mountain Inn!! Food & service are terrible!!!! Dont waste your time or money.
