Somerset Community Action Program is one of the largest providers of educational development and comprehensive childcare programs in the United States. Based in Somerset, N.J., it offers a range of services in the areas, including head start community or parent involvement, child health\development, food or nutrition program, transportation services and community services program, among others. Some community programs offered include family or job counseling, computer literacy, employment training, parenting workshops, language development and weatherization, to name a few.
