I have done business with this P.O. in the past but today was a terrible experience. First of all, I did not, and appropriately apologized, have a zip code for the package I was "trying" to mail and asked that it please be looked up. The answer was " I'll try but if I don't have it, you'll have to get it, we don't have a new book at this post office, I CAN"T FIND IT step aside and get it and then I'll take care of you - the package wasn't going to the MOON !!- During this same time, there was a question between the workers about money from a drawer. My " teller " who surely needs an attitude adjustment - was argumentative about the situation. I was not the only customer in line. That should have been discussed elsewhere, not within earshot of the customers, and then it continued after I left WITHOUT mailing my package.I had to go to the Swansea P.O.- guess what - they found the zipcode I needed - NO QUESTIONS ASKED !! Somerset, lighten up !!!!!!!! you're going to loose customers.
