Dunno what went wrong with that ex customer of 20 years, but I like this place, except for one person up front. Wayne is terrific, and the tall older gentleman is great, too. Only the other desk fellow is disagreeable, somehow: he sort of talks down to you, interrupting or talking right over you like your wasting his time. But the others sure know tires, and they treat EVERYBODY well, including their other employees. And bear in mind our area streets, especially Fall River but also a certain Swansea offramp of 195W,, has been murder on tires for years. This winter most of all. I had to replace four $150 low-profile tires this winter courtesy of 3 potholes, I kid you not, and had bought a whole set new in September! I know from my brother and my dad that Roland's is honest, though, and never sells junk, so much as it hurt I paid for those three tires, one of them twice. Plus, to Roland's credit, Wayne was honest with me when my car pulled off center after the last two flats from one hole, which I'd made mistake of replacing with used tires from BP in Fall River. Never again, no matter how bad the streets are and how broke I am! Anyway, instead of selling me an alignment, Wayne had tires swapped, fronts then backs, at no charge, and off I went. He said if car still pulled to right, which it does, then I need alignment, which I do. But he tried eliminating another potential issue first, for free, which I considered good advice and good business. Thanks!

I have been coming here for over 20 years. I just spent $600 on 4 new tires. Customer service is THE WORST I have ever encountered there or anywhere for that matter! They've lost our business and we own 5 vehicles in this household. Too bad for them that word of mouth carries far around here...
