Somerset Pulaski County EMS is a division of the city of Somerset, Ky., and provides a wide range of emergency services. It offers services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The division offers advanced life support ambulances that are staffed with paramedics, firefighters and nurses. The division offers airway management, intravenous therapies, lead monitoring and advanced cardiac life support services. Somerset also offers basic life support ambulances that are staffed with more than two emergency medical technicians and firefighters. Additionally, the division provides basic airway management, bleeding control, and orthopedic and newborn care services. Somerset Pulaski County EMS provides assistance and support services to victims.
