This was a horrible night all the way around.My wife and I have taken in theatre for years and this was by far the WORST as far as an overall production as well as the lousy and un-helpful Theaterfest staff. The tickets were overpriced, the ticket lady was beyond rude to everyone in line, the ticket taker had a canary laugh that left me deaf, the House Manager attacked me about if I had glass in my bag, as well as some young woman at the top entrance who seemed certain to look inside(which would've been fine if she just hadn't of un-zipped it herself so quickly nearly RIPPING MY BAG!) then the show began and I could barely hear a thing one minute, then I was blown outta my seat the next. At intermission, it was too much for the concessions manager to give me an extra cup as I just wanted it for some water from the Arrowead fountain(Which didn't taste like Arrowhead-false advertising?) then, when the musical was finally over, the House Manager was convinced MY seat pad belonged to them!
