This was once a favorite and my wife and I were regulars. Good food. However, service needs work. After one male bartender/waiter treated my wife and me miserbly and insulted us, we decided not to return.

Really good food, but expensive!

You can do just as well for less by going across the bridge.

Mmm! Mmm! Good Baby!!!

I ate here for a businees lunch on Monday, October 27th. I don't know about you but for some reason, I usually can't even taste my food during business lunches. I'm so busy trying to either make my point or get "theirs" that I don't typically enjoy the meal. My taste buds just always seemed to be paralyzed. But this this time, I want to tell you, that was not the case.

I couldn't have been more pleased. I had the Crab Cake Sandwich and Almond and Nectarine salad with a half order (byt the way... huge which isn't a bad thing) of the Black Bean Soup with Chorizo. One bite of each and oh baby!!! I'm from, Louisiana and as we say down there, "laissez le bon temps roulez"!!! That Black Bean soup was the best I've ever had. It was a rich and flavorful perfection of black beans and other secret seasonings and the sausage was a passionate explosion of crispy fried delight. It was all topped off with their own creative salsa like garnish of tomatoes, cucumber, and other things with sour cream. The crab cake sandwich and salad was to be slowly inhaled and savored before committing it to the oh so sweet memory file. I'm not kidding you people, I'm actually looking forward to the next time I have to get out that way so I can eat there again. For a great meal at a fair price in a very pleasant atmosphere, try the CD Cafe.

A local favorite of mine

Unique small restaurant with dishes containing eye appealing multi flavored food. Nothing bland here. Save room for dessert. On the pricer side but worth it.
