Our family gets pizza from this place about once ever couple of months. It's always fresh and tasty. Never had a mix up. However, one should ask about specials when ordering.

Terrible customer service. I used to order from there weekly. Last time I ordered I got my pizza to find it was missing the toppings. I called and was told I could bring the pizza back and have the toppings put on. So by this time my pizza would be cold... And reheated pizza is not what I paid for. I asked if I could have a new pizza or my money back and they refused to give me either. So I basically wasted my money and was left feeling like being a loyal customer means nothing to these people. They could have taken the hit to make me a new pizza instead of losing the thirty dollars a week I was spending.
