They installed a "new" defective toilet (constant leaking from valve) from their inventory and installed in my home, when we asked them to fix the leaking valve we scheduled an appointment, they never showed up. Scheduled another appointment two weeks later, again they did not show up. On third appointment, they did show up 3 hours late and when they "fixed" the problem with a different valve, the leak continued. They said they will return to fix the problem but so far they've failed to fix what is a simple plumbing issue. My impression is their office management, customer service management answering the telephones is not very customer oriented and would rather be at the hairdresser or nail salon than helping customers.
