Very professional! Friendly and helpful. Great job from eye exam to fitting the frames and helping you pick a style that looks good on you. I have a unique rare diesese that affects my eyes and is often responded to with a "what is that?". It was understood and I was given helpful information and treatment.

I ordered a replacement frame for a flimsy frame (which I was told was discontinued). After two and a half weeks, I called back to discover that someone had decided to search for, find, and order another of the flimsy frames with not attempt to call me at any point during this exhaustive effort...not even to tell me the flimsy frames were in. The gentleman who informed me of this change was rude on the phone which I chalked up to maybe being too busy. I decided to show up in person the next day. The office was supposed to open at 10am, but he apparently has the keys and unapologetically strolled in around 11am. I tried to explain the reason for a replacement frame and got weak excuses. I chose to leave and vowed to not ever do business with them again. This guy has some issues and any company that would hire this guy, much less have him interact with the customers is questionable at best. If you do business with them, buyer beware.
