Ladies Workout has been serving the ladies of Snellville since 1995. We are a full service gym for women of all ages. We have cardiovascular equipment, Nautilus strength equipment, free weights and certified personal trainers on staff. Our personal trainers offer one-on-one, small group, and fitness boot camps. Our wonderful group fitness instructors teach a wide range of classes allowing something for everybody. Never boring. You will find yourself a part of a network of wonderful and inspiring women. Non-corporate and surprisingly affordable. Not a meat market. More like a retreat where you can catch your breath…while you are trying to catch your breath. A sweat boutique. We would love to help you meet your fitness goals.
