We had access to Dr. Fine 24/7 (he provides his personal cell phone number-no call service), he made house calls, and went far beyond what we expected. My husband and I do not participate in his VIP program, and we still receive fantastic care. The office is clean, staff is great, and a live person answers the phone every time.
