Good food and family atmosphere. I took one star off because it is awfully noisey. We had steaks and they were cooked to perfection. The portions are plentiful. If you go, don't forget to try the crab dip, it's fantastic!

Rick's is great for a night for 2 or for the family. The food is good and a atmosphere that is welcoming.

my experience was inefficient service with hastily prepared food and the inability to close our meal on a good note. To explain, the service was unorganized with drink orders 15 minutes apart, and meals being served at as much as 30 minutes apart to the same table. My wife's meal as well as one of our guests meal, was a well prepared order of grilled shrimp and scallops. However the waitress brought one large plate and ask them to share. My meal was an order of grilled scallops that were overcooked, dry and somewhat hard, the baked potato was hot and moist. Our table as well as the next, refilled our own tea glasses. Our simple meal took an astonishing two and one half hours. I love to eat, and giving the benefit of doubt, this place has potential. This restaurant was recommended to us by friends, but in my travels, I will not go out of my way to eat there again.
