Actually I have never lived there but have had four relatives that have. One uncle has been there since about 1997 and I guess he'll always be there. The apartments are well kept and I have never seen a roach in his apartment - Ever . I have heard others complain of having bugs so I don't know what the issue is with that. A lady named Dawn runs the apartments and she has been there the entire time my uncle has , she is very strict and has no issue putting you out. Maybe her being so strict is what has kept the apartments a nice place to live. If I had a complaint about the place it would be that the maintenance ppl sometimes seem eager to report whatever they can catch you doing . Little things that would prolly be ignored at a place you pay full rent at , but there it would probably get you tossed out . I'd give apartment conditions 5 stars. 5 stars also for not seeing criminal activity when you ride by like alot of low income places.

They SUCK!! But the roaches love them!
