A truly great value. Mid-priced, excellent service, and the hickory smoke smell will have your mouth watering and your tummy rumbling before you've even parked your car.My favorites include the rattlesnake chicken, the chicken aurora, the cedar plank salmon, and the signature rotisserie chicken. Andf do not miss the steak; they melt in the mouth like butter. The fried cheese wedges are the largest I have ever seen, and the bar is well-stocked and very reasonably priced with a very broad wine list. The only suggestion I would make to them is to change the apricot chicken. It is tasty, but nothing special. To make it truly inspired, it needs something to cut the sweetness, as the butterflied breast isn't grilled long enough to retain any of the signature smokiness. Perhaps if they topped it with a smoked gouda or a sharp cheddar instead of with mozzarella. I would also suggest they use baby greens instead of chopped iceberg, because their salads also do nothing for the palate.
