My mother goes there weekly and is elderly. She has to wait 2 - 2 /12 hours to have her hair washed, rolled, dried and set. Other customers come in and she has to wait while their hair is done. She has a set appointment time, she is not a walk-in customer. I told her she needs to find another place to go, now they are also going up on prices. She has never been to a place that made her sit and wait so long. This has happened many times. I'm going to try and find her another place to go.
